2. PRICES AND DATA PROTECTION

Prices: Prices displayed on the website are stated in euros, inclusive of all applicable taxes (VAT not applicable under Article 293 B of the French General Tax Code). Applicable shipping costs are shown before the order is finally confirmed.

Privacy and personal data: We undertake to protect the confidentiality of information provided by the buyer. In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act, you may request access to, correction or deletion of your personal data by emailing contact@carlisfrance.fr.

3. ORDERS AND DELIVERY

Once your order and payment have been confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email.

Production and dispatch times
Made-to-order pieces: Because each piece is made to order by hand, dispatch takes between 7 and 21 business days.

In-stock pieces (available): The order is prepared and dispatched within 2 business days.

Shipping costs
Mainland France: Free

Europe: €5

Rest of the world (outside Europe): €15

4. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL, RETURNS AND REFUNDS

In accordance with the provisions of the French Consumer Code (Articles L.221-18 et seq.), the buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase and return the product without giving a reason.

How to exercise the right of withdrawal
Time limit: You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order to inform us that you wish to return the product. After this period, we reserve the right to refuse the return.

Prior notification: All return requests must first be sent by email to contact@carlisfrance.fr.

Return form: Once your request has been approved, Carlis France will send you a return form to include in your parcel.

Conditions for accepting returned items
A return or exchange will be accepted only for items that are:

Unworn, unwashed and unaltered;

In perfect resale condition, with no signs of wear or damage.

Return fees (deducted from the refund)
France: Free returns.

Europe: A flat fee of €10 will be deducted from your refund.

Rest of the world: A flat fee of €20 will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds
Where a valid right of withdrawal is exercised, Carlis France will refund the order (including the original shipping costs, where applicable) within a maximum of 14 days of receiving the returned parcel or receiving proof that it has been dispatched. The applicable flat return fee (Europe or rest of the world) will be deducted from the refund.

5. STATUTORY WARRANTIES

All products sold are covered by the statutory warranty of conformity (Articles L.217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) and the statutory warranty against hidden defects (Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code). These warranties allow the buyer to return products that are defective or do not conform to the order.

6. PAYMENT METHODS

Orders are paid for by bank transfer to the Carlis France account. Bank details (IBAN) are provided when the order is finalised.

7. MEDIATION AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

In the event of a dispute, the buyer should first contact Carlis France by email at contact@carlisfrance.fr or by telephone on +33 6 63 58 93 68 to seek an amicable solution.

In accordance with Articles L.612-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, if a complaint to customer service is unsuccessful or receives no response within 2 months, the consumer may use a consumer mediation service free of charge.
