All prices are in euros and include VAT.
We undertake not to divulge any information that you communicate to us.

DELIVERY AND RETURNS
Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email. Our products are made to order, so delivery times may vary between 7 and 21 days.
For available items, your order will be dispatched within two working days.
Delivery is 5,90 euros in France. Delivery costs are 22 euros for Europe and 27 euros outside Europe.
In accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Code on distance selling (articles L121-16 et seq. of the Consumer Code), the buyer may exercise his right of withdrawal for any reason whatsoever and will only be responsible for the cost of returning the goods.
The law stipulates that the buyer has 14 days to do so from the date of delivery of the product.

After this period, we reserve the right to refuse the return.
Requests should be sent to contact@carlisfrance.fr.
Returns or exchanges will only be accepted for items that are unworn, in perfect condition and undamaged.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Bank transfer to the Carlis France bank account.
